Experience: 5–8 Years

This role is ideal for designers who can balance strong visual craft with system thinking and product-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design complex web and platform interfaces
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Create high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and responsive layouts
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and interface frameworks
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and creative teams
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
 

Required Skills:
• 5–8 years of UI/Product Design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
• Strong understanding of design systems, atomic design, and scalable UI patterns
• Expertise in typography, spacing systems, grids, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles
• Strong understanding of developer handoff workflows and design specifications
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product, SaaS, or platform design work
 

Preferred:
• Experience with prototyping and interaction design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Understanding of UX strategy and product thinking
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging technologies
• Experience working in startup or agile environments
